Where we deliver
All 64 districts of Bangladesh. We don’t ship outside Bangladesh at the moment.
Delivery charge
- Flat ৳100 anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Free delivery on orders of ৳3,000 or more (after any coupon).
How long it takes
- In-stock items: usually delivered in about 2 days, inside or outside Dhaka.
- Pre-orders: each wallet is made by hand after your order is confirmed. It’s ready to ship in at least 5 days; we’ll tell you the expected date.
- If anything delays your order, we’ll contact you straight away.
Order confirmation
For some Cash on Delivery orders we’ll call you to confirm before we ship. Please keep your phone reachable — orders we can’t confirm may be cancelled.
Receiving your parcel
Open and check your wallet in front of the delivery person. If you don’t want it, return it to them on the spot and pay the ৳100 delivery charge — after they leave, change-of-mind returns aren’t possible. If it’s damaged or wrong, tell us within 3 days with a photo. See Returns & Refunds.
