Ugly Leather is a handmade leather goods business based in Khalishpur, Khulna 9000, Bangladesh.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and prepare it for delivery.
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we can’t reach you to confirm it, or if we suspect a fake or fraudulent order. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every order or phone number.
- Coupon codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless stated, and may expire.
Handmade products
Every wallet is cut and stitched by hand from natural, full-grain leather. Small variations in colour, grain, natural marks and stitching are part of the character of each piece — not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, and our Lifetime Warranty covers stitching and tears.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Khulna.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
