How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp or Facebook with your order number and a photo. We’ll tell you how to send it in, repair it, and send it back. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it.
Ugly Leather pays the courier both ways for warranty claims — it costs you nothing.
